Refund policy

Please contact us at lovehurtstennisclub@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your item to request a return. 

Your items must be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we've received, inspected & approved your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees.

We carefully inspect every order prior to shipping. Please contact us immediately if you discover any issues with our order, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct any potential issue.

 

Exchanges

The fastest and easiest way to make an exchange is to return the original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received. Or, if it's a simple size swap, please email us and we can organize an exchange. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
